4-5 Tbsps Vanilla Salted Caramel Sauce
2 shots coffee (100mls)
200mls vodka
1. Stir caramel into coffee shots let cool.
2. Add coffee/Carmel mixture and vodka into a cocktail cocktail shaker.
3. Shake, shake, shake until combined & frothy.
(For a extra frothy martini for the caramel to sit on top, put into a blend, yes it’s cheating but worth it)
4. Drizzle the Carmel sauce & top with coffee beans.

Green peppercorn & brandy sauce

Very nice. Lovely touch of heat from the peppercorns. Couldn't really taste the Brandy though.


My favourite meal is a great steak with a gorgeous Pepper sauce ! Wasn't sure if this would measure up and took a gamble.... Well I was very wrong. This sauce absolutely delivers ... so much so that I have had it on Pasta and Snitzy so far and haven't even tried it with steak yet. Well done - you have an ongoing customer in me !!!! YUUUUUMMMMMM

Just Delicious

All of the sauces we purchased were delicious. We have had them on all types of Meat. With a family of 4 males who love their sauces, they havnt lasted very long at all.
So Yum.
