4-5 Tbsps Vanilla Salted Caramel Sauce
2 shots coffee (100mls)
200mls vodka
1. Stir caramel into coffee shots let cool.
2. Add coffee/Carmel mixture and vodka into a cocktail cocktail shaker.
3. Shake, shake, shake until combined & frothy.
(For a extra frothy martini for the caramel to sit on top, put into a blend, yes it’s cheating but worth it)
4. Drizzle the Carmel sauce & top with coffee beans.

These sauces are simply spectacular! I feel like I’m at a chef’s hat restaurant every time we enjoy them.
