Espresso Salted Caramel Martini
Ingredients
- 4-5 Tbsps Vanilla Salted Caramel Sauce
- 2 shots coffee (100mls)
- 200 ml vodka
- Ice
Instructions
- Stir caramel into coffee shots let cool.
- Add coffee/Carmel mixture and vodka into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake, shake, shake until combined & frothy. (For an extra frothy martini for the caramel to sit on top, put into a blender, yes it’s cheating but worth it)
- Drizzle the Carmel sauce & top with coffee beans.
