A rich, robust and creamy Diane sauce, best described as heavenly. Sautéed buttery leeks and beautiful chunky garlic, finished with a velvety Worcestershire reduction. This is the Diane sauce for steak you've been looking for, mouth-watering, moreish and the finishing touch that makes a simple dinner feel restaurant-worthy.
Spoon it generously over steak, chicken, veal, pasta, mushrooms, meatballs or schnitzel.
How to use: Warm gently in a small pot on the stove, or in the microwave, then pour. As it is cream based, take it slowly and do not let it boil hard.
Best before: Unopened, keep to the best before date on the base of the jar. Once opened, use within 7 days, or freeze and defrost in the fridge, then warm through gently.
All natural, gluten free and chef-made in the Hunter. 270ml, around 4 serves.

Loved it. Had already tried the green peppercorn and brandy with eye fillet which we also loved. Air fryer pork belly with the orange star anise was also very enjoyable for a change.

For something different I made a hamburger with fried onion, lettuce and home grown tomatoes and tried the Diane sauce instead of BBQ sauce, wow, what a flavour explosion. Definitely will be doing that again.

I’m known to make a mean Diane sauce, but this magnificence in a jar is next level taste! Devoured it on a perfectly cooked steak and used it to dip hot chips into. What a bloody ripper!

hi Regan and Dan, your source is amazing It is so mouthwatering. The taste is a bomb. I just love it and my partner loves it too and he’s a fussy fussy person the other night he actually asked for it. I was really surprised we had it on scotch fillet steak but it never fails every bite you take you just get that beautiful creamy taste and makes your steak melt in your mouth. Say thank you.
