I tried the peppercorn sauce last night on a steak it was absolutely delicious. So tasty and none of the chemical taste you often find in prepared sauces. I will definitely be ordering more!
I ordered the Green Peppercorn & Brandy & the Red Wine Jus sauces. I was reluctant to order at first as many I have tried in the past have been very average. These literally taste homemade, so much flavor and so delicious. I will not attempt to make my own anymore these will be my go-to for sure!

Elevates any meal
So there’s no secret that this one is definitely my favourite. It goes with absolutely everything. My only issue is the jars are not big enough. I’m not one to just me a light coat. I absolutely pile the stuff on my steak and then love getting my sourdough bread to clean up my plate and scoop up every last bit of it. It’s insane. How good this tastes.

Tries several sauces but Fav is this one. Not a big beef water I have it on Chicken (all cuts) & Pork Steamed Dumplings. So versatile goes with just vegetables also.

OMG where have you been all my life. I have tried many packet Red Wine Jus and they are nothing compared to this. They are always very bitter. This Jus is just perfect. You can taste the wine but it is not overpowering. Love it thank you so much for making this Jus.
I frequently go to some beautiful restaurants, and this sauce is absolutely amazing and to a high standard. It is a perfect Diane Sauce with just enough spice and the leek makes it buttery. I use 1/2 jar on our steaks and can't get enough of it. I would buy this in huge bottles if you decided to make them. I have recommended this sauce to quite a few friends now and they all love it. A very easy recipe , season the Lambchops and grill ( Big Green Egg !!) on the grill plate , in the meantime mash the potatoes and Leeks or any other vegetable you prefer and to finish it off with this fabulous sauce
