You can heat our sauces in a small pot on the stove or in the microwave. Either method works perfectly!

The Red Wine Jus, Diane Sauce

With Buttery Leek & Green Peppercorn & Brandy Sauce, last 14 days after opening, can be frozen & defrost in the refrigerator & heat up slowly as has fresh cream.

The rest of the sauce last till the useby date on the back of jar.
