Refund policy

If something's not right, tell us. Email info@boutiquesauces.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it.

Arrived broken or damaged… send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. No need to post it back.

Wrong item or something missing… same deal. We'll fix it straight away.

Not to your taste… taste is personal. Let us know and we'll refund that jar.

Changed your mind… unopened jars in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Return postage is on you, and we'll refund the sauce once it arrives.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
