This mouth-watering smoky sauce is the perfect balance of flavours, using Colombian espresso coffee, sweetened with thick apple syrup and heightened by a twist of fresh lemon and a dash of spice. The result is a beautiful, thick, rich and full-flavoured sauce, the chef-made finishing touch that turns a simple plate of ribs into something special. 270ml.

To use as a sauce or marinade. Perfect on: Ribs, brisket, pizza, chicken wings, meatloaf, steak, sausages, hamburgers and even an egg and bacon roll.
