We bought 3 jars at MeatStock 2023, Dianne, peppercorn and jus. WOW, WOW, WOW. The Dianne is definitely our favourite, yet all the sauces were amazing.
There is so much favour that you do not need to use a lot. We managed 3 serves each per jar, which works out at great value for money.
We will never buy gourmet sauces from anywhere else from now on. Fans for life.
Cooked a duck breast with skin on, served up with orange and star anise sauce, also added glaced cherries. Accompanied with oven baked cherry tomatoes and snow peas and a chilled glass of Sav blanc. Compliments to the chef who made the sauce, it made the dish
