The Red Wine Jus, Diane Sauce With Buttery Leek and Green Peppercorn & Brandy Sauce last 7 days after opening, and can be frozen and defrosted in the fridge, then warmed through gently. The rest of the range lasts until the use by date on the base of the jar.
