Whether you are using beef or pork, all you need is a rack of ribs, a jar of Boutique Sauces Beef & Rib Sauce and a little patience while the oven does its thing. The result is fall-off-the-bone tender ribs with a rich, glossy coating that tastes like you spent all day in the kitchen. Set it, bake it, and enjoy every bite.
Ingredients
2 racks of beef or pork ribs
1 jar Boutique Sauces Beef & Rib Sauce
Directions

Preheat oven to 160C.

Remove the thin membrane from the underside of the ribs.

Place each rack on a long sheet of foil lined with baking paper.

Pour over a generous amount of Boutique Sauces Beef & Rib Sauce, wrap tightly and place on a baking tray.

Bake for 3 hours until the meat is beautifully tender.

Unwrap, brush with a little extra Beef & Rib Sauce and return to the oven at 180C for 15 minutes to finish with a rich, glossy coating.

Serve with creamy mash, coleslaw or a fresh green salad and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Works beautifully with both beef and pork ribs. Finish with sliced green onions for a fresh touch. Leftovers the next day are absolutely worth fighting over.
