Melt-in-your-mouth oven-baked ribs made simple with our chef-made Beef & Rib Sauce. Just set, bake, and enjoy tender juicy ribs every time.
2 racks of beef or pork ribs
1 jar of Boutique Sauces Beef & Rib Sauce
Foil
Baking paper
Preheat oven to 160°C
Remove the thin membrane from the underside of the ribs.
Place each rib on 2 separate long sheets of foil lined with baking paper.
Pour over a generous amount of our Beef & Rib Sauce, wrap tightly, and place on a tray.
Bake for about 3 hours until the meat is beautifully tender.
Unwrap, brush with a little extra Beef & Rib Sauce, and return to the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes to finish with a rich, glossy coating.
Serve straight from the tray with creamy mash, coleslaw, or a fresh green salad and enjoy with a glass of red.
Add some green onions to garnish for a fresh finish.
Works beautifully with both beef and pork ribs.

Tries several sauces but Fav is this one. Not a big beef water I have it on Chicken (all cuts) & Pork Steamed Dumplings. So versatile goes with just vegetables also.
Absolutely love this sauce, I have it often so now I always make sure I am stocked up. Very fast delivery too!
