Rich espresso, smooth coffee liqueur and a generous pour of Boutique Sauces Vanilla Salted Caramel Sauce shaken hard over ice until gloriously frothy. Ingredients
30ml vodka
30ml coffee liqueur such as Kahlua or similar
30ml fresh espresso, cooled
20ml Boutique Sauces Vanilla Salted Caramel Sauce, plus extra for garnish
Ice
Coffee beans to garnish (optional)
Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Pour in vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso and Vanilla Salted Caramel Sauce.

Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Drizzle extra Vanilla Salted Caramel Sauce on top to garnish.

Add coffee beans to decorate if desired and serve immediately.
