I frequently go to some beautiful restaurants, and this sauce is absolutely amazing and to a high standard. It is a perfect Diane Sauce with just enough spice and the leek makes it buttery. I use 1/2 jar on our steaks and can't get enough of it. I would buy this in huge bottles if you decided to make them. I have recommended this sauce to quite a few friends now and they all love it.
